Our Process

From Raw Material to Your Shelf

Every step of our production is designed for quality control and consistency at scale.

Stage 1 — Raw Material Selection

We source only high-grade raw materials — dal, groundnuts, makhana, spice seeds and starches — from verified suppliers. Every incoming lot is visually inspected and tested for quality before it enters the production floor.

Stage 2 — Processing

Raw materials are cleaned, sorted and processed using food-grade machinery. Namkeen and snacks go through controlled frying or baking, makhana through roasting, and spices through precision grinding — all in clean, separated production areas.

Stage 3 — Quality Testing

Processed product samples are checked for taste, texture, moisture and seasoning consistency. Products that don't meet our standard are pulled from the batch — not pushed to packaging.

Stage 4 — Packaging

Products are weighed and sealed in food-grade, moisture-resistant packaging. Pack sizes range from retail ₹5 pouches to bulk 1kg packs. All packaging includes correct labelling with product details, weight and batch information.

Stage 5 — Storage

Finished goods are stored in a clean, dry, temperature-controlled facility. FIFO (First In, First Out) protocols ensure older batches leave first, maintaining freshness for retailers and end consumers.

Stage 6 — Dispatch

Orders are dispatched on schedule with verified quantity and documentation. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery to distributors and stockists across India.
